Day-to-day life often leaves no room for one’s inner dialogue. We can have trouble finding the words that describe how we feel. Work anxiety, lingering resentments, ambivalence around one’s own sexual or gender identity, rage, fear: all inhibit our ability to know ourselves. Therapy can give you the time and space to listen to your inner voice and say what is on your mind. Together, we can work through finding the words that describe your experience.
I work with adults, adolescents, and young teens, and facilitate process and social dreaming groups in-person, at my office in Beverly Hills
